Privacy and disclosures
Last updated 29 October 2026. What I collect through this website, how I use it, and the choices you have.
Who I am
The True Form Podcast is hosted and produced by me, Jack Graham, in Melbourne, Australia. Where this page says "I", "we" or "the show", it means me and anyone who helps me produce the podcast. You can reach me any time at theteam@trueformpodcast.com.
What I collect
I only collect what I need to run the show and get back to you.
- Email list and free guide: your first name, email address, the date you signed up and which part of the site you signed up from. If you subscribed through the previous version of this website, your name and email were carried over to this list.
- Guest applications: the details you enter in the form, such as your name, email, location, time zone, what you do, topics, your story, links, any book you've written and how you heard about the show. I also record that you agreed to the guest appearance release and when.
- Partnership enquiries: your name, email, company, website, role, phone number (optional), the details of your enquiry and how you heard about the show.
- Basic technical information: like most websites, the services that host this site keep standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.
I don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.
How I use it
- To send the emails you asked for, such as the free guide and episode updates.
- To review guest applications, arrange recordings and stay in touch about your episode.
- To reply to partnership enquiries.
- To keep the site secure and working properly.
I never sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Services I use
- Railway hosts this website and its database.
- Resend sends the site's emails and stores the email list.
- Buzzsprout hosts the podcast audio. When you press play, the audio streams from Buzzsprout, which counts plays and downloads.
- YouTube shows episode videos in its privacy-enhanced mode, which is designed not to set YouTube cookies until you play a video.
- Google Fonts and Fontshare provide the fonts used on the site.
- If you're invited on as a guest, recordings are booked through Acuity Scheduling and recorded with Riverside.
Each of these services has its own privacy policy. Some of them store data outside Australia, including in the United States.
Cookies
This site doesn't use cookies for tracking or advertising. The only cookie it sets is a login cookie for the site's private admin area. If you play an embedded YouTube video, YouTube may set its own cookies.
Emails and unsubscribing
Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and it only takes a moment to come off the list. You can also email me and I'll remove you. After you unsubscribe I keep a record of your email address so you aren't added back by mistake.
If you're a guest
If you record an episode, your conversation, name, voice, image and the details you share become part of a published episode, as set out in the guest appearance release. Episodes are shared on podcast platforms, YouTube and social media, and they stay online. If you have a concern about an episode you appeared in, please get in touch.
How long I keep it
- Email list details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them.
- Guest applications and partnership enquiries are kept while they're relevant to the show.
You can ask me to delete any of these at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you by emailing theteam@trueformpodcast.com. I'll reply within 30 days. If you're not happy with how I've handled your request, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Keeping it secure
I take reasonable steps to protect your information. The site runs over a secure connection, and the admin area is password protected. No system is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive health or financial information through the forms.
Affiliate and partner disclosure
Some links on this site may be affiliate links or paid partnerships. If you buy through one, the show may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Paid links are labelled where they appear. The Partners page lists brands the show works with. CoachLife, which appears on that page, is owned by me.
Not medical advice
Episodes and articles on this site are general information only. They aren't medical, psychological or financial advice. Please speak with a qualified professional about your own situation. Views shared by guests are their own.
Changes to this page
If anything here changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
