Guest appearance release

This release explains how your interview on The True Form Podcast is recorded, used and shared. You agree to it when you apply to be a guest, but it only takes effect if you are invited on and take part in a recording. In this release, “we”, “us” and “the show” mean The True Form Podcast and its host, Jack Graham. “You” means the guest.

1. Permission to record and publish

You give us permission to record your interview in audio and video, whether remotely or in person, and to edit, publish, distribute and promote the recording. This includes your voice, image, likeness, name, biography, business name and any links or materials you provide to us for the episode (together, the “Content”).

2. Where your interview may appear

We may use the Content in any format or media, now known or developed later, anywhere in the world. This includes, for example:

  • the full episode on podcast platforms such as Spotify and Apple Podcasts, and on YouTube
  • short clips, reels, shorts, quotes and audiograms on social media
  • thumbnails, artwork and photos taken during the session
  • transcripts, show notes, chapter markers, blog posts and summaries on our website, which may be prepared with the help of AI tools
  • emails to our community and promotional material for the show

3. Editing and publishing decisions

We decide how the interview is edited, titled and presented, and whether and when it is published. We may shorten it, remove sections, combine it with other episodes in compilations, or choose not to publish it at all. We aim to represent you fairly and will not edit your words to change their meaning.

4. How long this lasts

This permission is worldwide, has no time limit and cannot be withdrawn once the episode has been published. If you have a genuine concern about something in a published episode, please email us. We will consider every request in good faith, and may edit or remove content at our discretion, but we cannot guarantee removal or recall copies already shared by others.

5. No payment

Appearing on the show is unpaid. Neither of us pays the other to take part, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing before recording, such as a clearly disclosed sponsorship.

6. Your responsibilities

You confirm that:

  • you are 18 or older and free to agree to this release
  • anything you share is, to the best of your knowledge, true, or clearly presented as your opinion or experience
  • you will not make statements you know to be defamatory, misleading or unlawful, or share someone else’s private information without their permission
  • you have the right to share any materials you provide, such as photos, logos or slides
  • you will tell us before recording about any paid relationship with a product, brand or business you plan to mention

7. Health, fitness and financial topics

Your views are your own and do not necessarily reflect the show’s views. Episodes are shared for general information and are not medical, financial or professional advice. If you are a health or other registered professional, you are responsible for meeting your own professional obligations, including any rules on advertising and testimonials.

8. Using the episode yourself

Once it is published, you are welcome to share the episode and link to it to promote yourself or your work. Please credit The True Form Podcast and link to the episode. If you would like to reuse clips or the raw recording, please ask us first.

9. Your personal information

We handle your details as set out in our privacy policy. We use your contact details to arrange and promote your episode, and we never sell them.

10. General

Ticking the box on the guest application has the same effect as signing this release. If any part of it is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. This release is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. If we update it, the version you agreed to continues to apply to your recording unless we both agree otherwise.
